Country cottage style gite 

Le Petit Bouleau is a charming, country cottage style, gite that sleeps up to 4 people.  It’s attached to the main farmhouse, is well equipped and very comfortable.  All rooms are on the ground floor; however, there is one step between each area.  The floor plan shows the relative layout and the size of each room.  The photo gallery shows images of the rooms and lists their contents.

Front view of The Cottage Le Petit Bouleau

As you drive in through the main gate Le Petit Bouleau is directly ahead. The front door leads into the comfortable lounge/dining room. In this room are two sofas, Freeview TV with DVD player, dining table and chairs and occasional tables. From the lounge, there is a fully equipped kitchen, with a breakfast bar, which leads out onto the private terrace. Here you will find a stone B-B-Q, wooden patio furniture and a large parasol.

The kitchen really is the “hub” of this cottage as all rooms lead-off from it. Having walked from the lounge/diner into the kitchen, the first room on the left is a utility room, which then leads to the shower/WC room.

At the front of the cottage, immediately on the right, is the twin bedroom. This has two single beds, a wardrobe, a chest-of-drawers and a sofa. Next on the right, at the rear, is the main bedroom, with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest-of-drawers and bedside tables. The window looks out over our beautiful gardens, and like all the windows is fitted with a fly-screen.

Le Petit Bouleau has it’s own outside dining area directly to the rear, accessed via the kitchen.  It consists of a stone BBQ, table and chairs, parasol and lighting.

Prices range from £500 to £625 per week.
