French farmhouse holidays don’t come any better than those in our delightful gîte, Le Marronnier.
This is a large farmhouse with 4 bedrooms, a large lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 Shower/WC rooms. These are spread over two floors, and together with a conservatory, provide plenty of space for up to 12 guests.

Description
Each room has been tastefully decorated and furnished, focusing on comfort and convenience. Our primary goal is to offer farmhouse holiday accommodation that feels just like home.
Access to the property is through a courtyard, providing ample off-road parking for up to eight cars. From the rear, through the bright and airy conservatory, lie our well-established gardens, featuring a beautiful, heated swimming pool and a spacious sun terrace. The gardens are expansive, covering 2.5 acres, adorned with exotic trees, shrubs, and flowering borders. They are fully fenced for enhanced child safety and are situated away from any busy roads. We pride ourselves on the plentiful open space available.

Outside space is something that we have plenty of, with 10,000 m² set aside as gardens and another 12,000 m² used as grazing for horses.
There are a number of shady seating areas with tables and chairs, which can be moved around to suit your tastes. As well as flower beds, shrubs, and trees, we have made areas for playing football, a boules court, and space for badminton.

Set in tranquil surroundings with good road links to beaches, local villages, and large towns, it provides a great base from which to explore Vendée.
